Do you think my boyfriend is asexual if he doesn't want to kiss me or do anything besides hugging me, he even said he didn't love me, but still says we're in a relationship. He said he wasn't gay. I'm just confused and hurt?

The definition of "relationship" can be subjective; perhaps he feels that where the relationship is now is truly a "relationship". Since I don't know how long this relationship is, it's hard to know whether he's moving too slow or you're moving too fast. Then again, "slow" and "fast" are also interpreted subjectively.

Have you talked to him that you're "confused and hurt"? If not, then you should. If you have and he still hasn't changed, then this tells you something about how he feels toward you.

At the end of the day, only your heart can answer your question.

It is doubtful that he is either gay or asexual in this circumstance.  Most likely he likes you, but does not feel close enough to you to say he loves you or kiss you.  Everybody feels comfortable doing these things in their own time when they are with the right person.

Asexual people are capable of being in relationships and loving people.  They just aren't interested in having sex.
