I Really Like This Girl And She Likes Me But She Has A Boyfriend - What Do WE Do?

May I suggest making sure that she WANTS to discontinue her relationship with him. If they have been together for a long time and she is just....bored or something.....don't be the side-guy that keeps her busy. Explain that you like her and want a relationship with her....but that you don't want to rush her.
    Women need to feel comfortable to be able to talk about the things that are bothering them. So make sure not to pressure her and always listen when she talks about what's wrong in the relationship that she is in. You may get pointers on what NOT to do in a relationship as well as discovering how to win her heart.
    Just try not to push to hard and let her figure out what she wants. There is nothing worse than wanting something that you can't have, especially when that "thing" is a woman who is confused.
    Let her think. And explain your feelings. Tell her that you won't be around forever, but that you are willing to wait for her...that will show her that you care....genuinely.

Run while you can...if she is still with someone else...she is not that in love with you.  I have been that girl and it ruined my life by wanting something that I couldn't have and now realizing where my heart is...If she truly loved you she would be with you!!!

I'm in the same position and it really sucks but what I am doing is seeing her as much as possible and spending time with her but the thing is we have to do it sneakly which really annoys me cus I tell my mates everything but I can't tell them this and the boy tht she is with is IN love with her and will never break up with her and she is too scared to hurt him to break up with him but she likes me and is willing to cheat on him with me aslong as he doesn't find out :/
