1. He will ignore you or be mean to you for about 1 week or so.... 2. He will smile at you once, twice, or more 3.he will be looking at you a lot 4. He will be nicer to you than anybody else 5. He will try to impress you (TRUST ME)
I know how you feel~ I'm in 6th grade...here are some signs :
*he is always looking at you with that weird smiling face of his (it's kinda cute ;) ) *he is usually trying to talk to you and leans towards you. *he usually tries to act..'macho' or 'cool' when your around *he sometime says rather lame and repeat the same things just to talk to you *Nervous, sweating, and that weird messed up laugh :P *when he's done something funny or awesome he'll usually first look at you to see if you're impressed *Also this is kinda hard but it's worth a try...I think this works, not sure :P : His pupils dilate when he looks at you.
I'm just a 6th grader, but please listen to me. There is a girl that I love right now. So, I made it a bit too obvious and I did stare and smile at her way too often. So, then I was forced to tell her. But, she already knew. So, girls, watch out for starers and smiling boys.
Think about how he acts around you. This is seriously true even if it seems like a joke. I've caught myself doing these things around boys that I like. Does he rub his arms, mess with his hair, lean next to you, stare at you when he thinks you're not looking, or throw reassuring smiles your way every now and then?? If he does 2-3 or more of these things, then he probably likes you for real.
If you want to know if a boy likes you he will: * Help you with something * Try to look cool in front of you * stare at you and turn away when you look at him. * Talks to you instead of his friends * lean close to you during class * look into your eyes when he looks at you * try to be sexy
I think its always hard to tell, because its a well known fact that guys brains are different to girls. There's this guy that I like and he says he likes me a bit too , I went on a walk with him a couple of days ago (because he lives near me) and he acted like he was just my friend I thought he would be a lot flirter - but I always catch myself ignoring the guy, I think it depends on his personality with me, if the guy is popular and confident then I'm usually really shy, but if the guy is shy I usually make signs that I like him. So that could be the same with guys.
I think it's pretty easy to determine whether someone likes you or not. Just think about what you do in his presence and see the same cues are to be noticed in his behaviour when he's around you. Although people react to different situations in varying ways, yet some things are always there. If he likes you he'll probably show it by his actions even if he's too shy to say it, just as you are. For one he'd never go of an opportunity to be around you and wouldn't let a chance go by if he can extend his help to you in any way. How about asking for help with an assignment and finding out?If he's interested, I'd bet he wouldn't say no to such a chance. Give it a shot, I say. Good luck!
How do you know if a boy likes you? If you want to know if a boy likes you study him see how he acts around you and compare it to the way he acts around other people. If he is a class clown its a whole differnt story and theres no way to know for sure so don't do anything stupid if hes a class clown.also see if he looks at you or messes with you then he definitly likes you but have a friend ask if he does or not if all fails.Katy+Kacy

I am a girl in sixth grade, and there is a guy in my grade who is always staring at me. He smiles at me, leans in close, and is always figuring out some way to get by me. There is this guy in my class and he always looks at me but I don't now if he likes me. He sometimes tries to talk to me or "show off" but I now he likes my friend or at least that what my friend tells me. But.... You could be bold and ask him..... But no NEVER do that. What I would do is go up and talk to him here and there and eventually.. If.. He likes you, he'll talk more and more. But don't pressure him, because guys hate that.
Don't worry, just ask him up close! If he says he doesn't then, well, you don't need him to have a good time. Plus if you do like him, there is a chance he will fall for you in time. But for now don't worry about him, get on with having fun for the moment!
I know what your going through all you have to do is maybe ask your brother if his friend is for real if your scared to do that then have on off your friends go up to him and ask would he go out with you but you can't let him see you. I did that with like all the guys I been out with and they all have been really good.

Usually If he wants to talk to you a lot. Then if you like him all you have to do is engage him in conversation and let the relationship fall in place. Don't rush things though, you're only in 6th grade. I'm in 8th grade and I'm not fat or ugly or conservative, but I just think it's too early for me to have a boyfriend or to "go out" with a boy. You should go up to him and ask him what he likes in a girl and see if theres enough of those things in you. If not, just ask him who he likes and see what he says. If he just falls for hot girls and the girls have bossy attitudes, forget him and move on to someone else
Ask him. Each male is different; and so there can't be any FOR SURE signs. Ask him. The worst that can happen is he'll say no. And honestly; that doesn't leave you any worse off; at least then you know. And if he says yes, then imagine what an amazing thing that could be.

Hi! I have this guy friend we are in college and I have the feeling that he likes me.
