That really depends on which approach you're prepared to take!

The Confrontational Approach
This one's pretty self-explanatory, really! Tell your boyfriend that you're sick of him being late for everything - it's disrespectful and rude, and he shouldn't make you wait around like he's doing at the moment.

Every time he's late, let him know that you're annoyed. If he has any respect for you, he'll make an effort to be a little more punctual the next time.

Some people do find it incredibly hard to be on time for things, but that doesn't mean that they can't improve.

When I was younger, I was always late for work, so I started getting up fifteen minutes earlier, and preparing my things before I went to bed. Your boyfriend could try the same thing - it seems to work for most people!

The Sneaky Approach
This approach doesn't involve any confrontation, but it won't change your boyfriend in the long-run, either.

Whenever you arrange to go somewhere, tell him that you're leaving earlier than you actually are. For example, if you plan to leave the house at 2pm, and he's usually 90 minutes late, tell him to come over at 12:30pm.

Your boyfriend won't be aware of what you're doing, and you won't be late for anything. It's a win-win situation, really!

Time is running out, one day it may be too late. Let him know that this is a problem to you, and that he needs to put more into the relationship.

Men should put their women first. That's the type of man that you want on your team - someone who respects your feelings.
