what does it mean when a guy texts you and then he stops texting, as in like not even the word 'HI'. But when I do get to talk to him, he said he was tired when the time is 8 pm, and normally he sleeps at 12pm (Saturday). Is he just messing around with me?

This sounds like rejection to me. It is obvious he was just making an excuse and wasn't actually tired. He was trying to find a reason not to communicate..

Why?

Well guys are mysteries sometimes. So it could be anything from that he got bored of flirting or even maybe he has another girlfriend and felt guilty that he was leading you on!

I can't be sure, but he sounds like a flimsy character. Best avoided.
