Because youre judging yourself against others which we all do at one time or another, but is wrong, Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and we cant please everyone so we must remember that we are the most beautiful person we know. True beauty cmes deep within each of us as exterior beauty can always be changes but what comes from deep inside cant be, so please yourself, quit sweating the small stuff by judging yourself against others and remember you really are the most beautiful person you know and always will be. Believe in yourself and the rest of the world will take care of itself

Well, for me it was always because I had a very destructive friend who would tell me that my face was ugly, my hair looked horrible, my outfit sucked, my boobs were tiny and my shoes were gross. Everyday, I would hear these messages and it wasn't long before I started to believe them. When I finally closed her out of my life, I felt so much better about my appearence.
