You cannot make anyone fall in love with you in the same way that you cannot make people dislike each other. This is something that you can work on in getting to know him but you cannot really make this happen.
If this is someone that you do not already know well, why not try to spend more time around him. You will not be making him fall in love with you but by spending time around him, love may blossom and this will not be down to anything you have made happen, this will be down to him liking your personality and falling in love with you for real.
By getting to know him better, you can decide if the two of you are really compatible and you never know, you may change your mind. You cannot fall in love with someone if you do not know them well so make sure there are plenty of opportunities for the two of you to get to know each other.
Is this boy is someone you know well and you want him to fall madly in love with you? Have a think about why it is that you want this to happen. Could it be because of time you have already shared together? Do you know each other well and do both of you enjoy being around the other one? If this is the case, why not test the water? Go out a couple of times and see how things go. You never know what will happen, but remember, love is a big thing and it may take time for him to feel 'love', don't push him away if he says and acts like he likes you but doesn't love you. Tell him how you feel, you never know, if you have know this boy for a while, he may feel the same about you.
- Be indipendant. Guys like girls who isn't texting or calling them 24/7. Clingy and annoying isn't something a guy would want. Act hard to get. And be mysterious.. He'll go crazy over you ;)
Just be cool, don't be so dramatic, and stay away from drama... Be his best friend, but be cute at the same time, make him think oh well... Without her my life would suck... I would have no one, and no one understands me as good as she does!!

I think you need to show him that he'll have so much fun when he is with you. Just as long as he finds out that he is happy while spending time with you it becomes like routines to him and after a while he's going to tell you about his feelings. Well I don't think you should tell him just yet, don't scare him off if he is a boy that isn't completely comfortable with talking about emotions. You need to find out the things he likes in girls and don't act like someone your not because he wont fall in love with YOU he will fall in love with this fake. Let him know you are always there for him. KEEP HIS TRUST its all about the TRUST! When your around each other make him feel special and try not to argue, so he generally likes your company then when your sure he likes you. Let him know and then leave it to him to decide what to do with it. X

And talk more to this other girl however out side school he always asks me not to go or stay longer ? Have you talked to him to let him know this? I think that if he knows what you are looking for, he would be able to give it to you. You can't force anybody to do the things that you want. You can only help them know what it is you want and see if they are willing to give it. Just like the old saying, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. The only one you really have control of is yourself. You can try to lead people into what you want but you can't force them to do it.
You can't make her love you, but, if you are just starting to know each other then maybe you have a chance. Be really nice to her, hold her hand gently , make her feel protected, take her to special places that she likes, be a gentleman, kiss her with passion but go slow so you do not scare her. You will know if she likes you, I f she does, you have a chance she will love you too. Once she falls in love with you, never cheat, be honest and loyal to her, treat her always like a lady and most important always make her feel that she is the most important person in your life. I also fell in love with this guy, we met each other last year, and we always talk to each other, play with each other... But he met some new girls this year, and is getting distant from me, yet I still love him. I do not know if he even like me!!
