I have a huge huge crush on this man. I like him wayyy alottt for a very long time. Now I feel like he does too but I'm not sure. I also don't want to take first step. What should I do?

I would suggest you just talk to him and find out what you have in common. If you are really interested and really too chicken to talk to him, I suppose you could see if you can have mutual friend be a go-between.
Open up a conversation with him, ask him out for a coffee or something .. Make the first connection .. And if it's meant to be .. It will go from there..
