There is no reson you should kiss her yet because I am 5 years older than you and when I was at your age I kissed my first girlfriend and 2 weeks later we broke up and we had only been dating for a few months and my next girlfriend I didnt kiss her for 2 years and were still together and it is so much better so my advice is take it slow if its not meant to be then its not going to happen
One thing you should not do is take her in your room and close the door. Take her some place; a lot of people do not want to go. You can go to a park with her. You can even go behind the tree, if she does not have a problem.

So, you may bring her to watch a movie in the cinema and kiss her (though there are going to be people but they are just going to concentrate on the movie, while you both, at the back of the cinema, will be kissing) Or you may kiss her while walking on the beach.

You're really young to be thinking of being romantic and such. I would try to focus on enjoying each other's company when you're with a group of people like going to a BBQ, playing games at friends house, etc. DDR is awesome and fun as well. Don't rush things and learn to enjoy who each other is and how you interact with other people. There's plenty of time for dating and romance.

Well, why is it that you can't kiss in your own house? It seems to me that you are trying to rush your life. How about reading a novel together or competing in some kind of board game when you and your friend are together? Take it easy, think about your future before it is too late.
