Sounds like Frogeletina has trouble, with any age, so maybe it is Frogletina, that is the problem and not the age of the partners. Age gaps are not important if there is love, it is just the old stereotypes of this generation that says a woman can't be older, but that was okay for men for generations and now it is time to loosen up people. I have never dated anyone older than me, and it has been great, and we are all still friends. Mature relationships can end without drama and hating and friendships are formed for life.
