I'm a guy and I have a boyfriend. He has never cheated on me but my last boyfriend did. I have never cheated on anyone and it is my biggest fear...
For example: We went out on the weekend clubbing and he got hit on by 4 guys that approached him right in front of me. This week he is going out without me with a friend which worries me because of my fear.
How do you deal with jealousy when it is staring you right in the face?
All my friends have told me that you should trust someone until they give you a reason not to but I am not like that. To me trust has to be built.
I know this doesn't really help answer your question but at least know that not all guys are the same and we all feel jealous at some point in our life.
Try focus on the positive aspects of your relationship. It sometimes helps me.
At some point down the track (wait a few months at least) it may be a good idea to discuss your fear with your partner. Let them know of your insecurity. After all you shouldn't have secrets from your partner.
