Here's what you should do... If you really love him so much !!! Be there for him and listen to him when he is tryin to tell what he feels ...... DON'T INTERRUPT until he finishes !!!! Boys and men get frustrated when they were interrupted... So listen to him and pay utmost attention !!! Then put yourselves into their shoes .. Try to be soothing and comforting giving life instances which has those problems which he just explained !!!! Hug them if you want to .... Physical holds and touches will help a lot these times !!!! Take a walk ,hold his hands when you do... Build his confidence and show that you are there for him during hard times !!!
