I find, when struggling to put into words how much I love my partner, that it helps to create a list of the specific thing I love about them. It doesn't have to be a list of extravagant things. I think people like to be given compliments about things other than their appearance, though it's always nice to be told if you're looking good!

After the first time, it should get easier to say that you miss him. There are, however, other ways of saying it without using the actual words. For example, you could say 'I wish you were here' or 'I wish we could spend more time together', if those are easier for you. Hope this helps.

If you can't think of words to say, come up with them BEFORE you know that your boyfriend is here. Come up with some nice words. I'm pretty sure your boyfriend misses you too! He may also be struggling with this problem!

Hello,

If you love and care for your boyfriend, and he feels the same way, the flow of communication between you too should ideally be quite natural. But since you are very young it is understandable that this may not be the case just yet...

The best way to open up to somebody about how you feel is to just speak from your heart and express everything you're thinking about. If you haven't seen him for a while, next time you see him, simply tell him that you miss him. You can explain that you love spending time with him and find it difficult when he's not around, and also tell him how much you enjoy being in his company.

If you aren't ready to say the words out loud, consider writing it down in a letter, text message or email. Once you are comfortable with that open line of communication, you can elevate it to physical verbal communication.

I hope this helps.

If you never get to see him, maybe you're not right for each other. Or maybe he lives far away. Either way, 14 is WAY too young to be dating.
