This is totally up to you as if you don't like his habits and if hes not willing to change, then forget him and move on. Since he wants to get back together, youre the one calling the rules now so you decide what youre willing to put up with and not and then decide if hes worth the trouble to start again with. I think you should talk with him bout that. I myself would not date a smoker; the smell really gets to me and I think it's so disgusting!!! If he just started it might not be too late but if he's addicted he should get some help and let him know about that...
