A strange question, I'm not really sure if anyone can do that. Most of the time when someone actually says "I know he's thinking about me right now and I'm thinking of him!" They are just trying to be romantic or they are getting into the emotional stage of their relationship too quickly. People do weird stuff to be/act romantic. Now, I suppose if you are extremely close to someone you can tell what they are thinking at certain times. Like my brother, I've known him ever since I turned 1 year old, never had a time when he was not there. Overtime, getting older and more familiar with each other, we've started having surprising conversations when we think the exact same thing at the same time, or say the same things at the same time. Sometimes I can tell what he's thinking when he is having a conversation with someone else. But that's from knowing him for a LONG time, all my life just about. So yeah I guess that is one way you can tell if someone is thinking about you...but if your talking about a guy you like thinking about you, thats gunna be hard if you don't know him very well.
