You cannot predict eye color.
Eye color is a very complex genetic trait, they don’t actually know how many genes go into determining eye colur. It all comes down to dominant and recessive genes. If a gene is dominant it can override another gene, if it is recessive it can’t.

You can't predict it completely accurately, but if you look at your eye colour and your partner's eyes colour (and maybe your parents') you can work out roughly what it might be.
I agree with Harish Deen, however, my mother had blue eyes, my father, hazel...I have hazel. My husband has blue and mine hazel, my son has blue. All I can contribute this to is my grandmother had hazel and husbands grandmother had blue. I took a course on genetics & learned that hazel is actually a yellow pigment making the green and should be recessive to blue.
