I'm not quite sure why but apparently it's normal for babies to be born with blue eyes or, in rare cases, purple eyes. They aren't permanent though since babies' eyes are still developing so their eyes will possibly turn brown or any other color. That's what happened to me. I was born with purple eyes and they continued to darken until, at times, it seemed like my eyes were black. After a year or so, my eyes started to lighten and turn into the color I have today: Dark brown.

However, there is a rare case of purple eyes. It's called Alexandria Genesis and it is most commonly found in people with Euro-American decent although other nations are known to carry it too.

Well..i dont believe that she'll have brown eyes until later, i got up with the baby's mother and she helped me to figure out....
Her eyes are blue, but her husband was albino and his red eyes with her blue made me believe that the baby eye color mixed together
