Yes they can. Anything is possible however some are not probable. It is more likely for the child to have eye colours close to their parents. The chemical in your retina is called melanin blue and green eyes have much less melanin than brown eyes. Hazel eyes are still a possibility they are almost a mix of blue, green, and brown. Bottom line anything could happen.
