I would strongly recommend seeing a counselor to find out what is behind
your anger and the poor impulse control in terms of physically hurting
your husband. You might need some anger management classes, but
usually if you can get to the root of the problem, you can find ways to
change your behavior.
My husband and I fight frequently, but what's worrying me is the fact that I become really angry and I physically hurt him. Any (non-cliche) advice out there?
