Majority of girls look at other girls to see what they have in terms of clothes, hair style, makeup, nails, personality, etc....for many reasons. One is to judge what they see to make themselves feel better (or worse) about themselves. Another reason is to see the competition around them when it comes to wanting to attract males. Another is to see what is out there (like walking display) to maybe adapt that idea to their own wardrobe, or style. Girls naturally do this. This is why most magazines are dedicated to females.
