Although it is uncommon, it is certainly not unheard-of for men to enjoy wearing women's underwear, whether for reasons of comfort or for sexual pleasure.

Most straight men who wear women's undergarments most probably do so because they know it is not usually socially acceptable - and therefore some men may get a rush from the "risk" of wearing women's underwear. However, if a man likes to wear women's underwear it does not mean that he is definitely gay.

What to do if you have caught your husband wearing women's underwear As you have stated above, there are two basic courses of action you can take to deal with this situation - either to confront your husband or support him.
  • Confronting your husband may not be the best course of action. Even if the thought of him wearing women's underwear really upsets you, confronting him may only alienate him or cause him to be defensive about a topic that he could be very sensitive about. Being mad at him will not help you get to the bottom of why he wants to wear women's underwear.
  • The best approach would be to support him and bring up the subject in a calm and non-confrontational manner. If your husband does get sexual pleasure or prefers the comfort of women's underwear, supporting him will not do your relationship any harm if he is straight! If you speak to your husband about it and he reveals that he thinks that he may be gay, then supporting your partner should be the only option, no matter how upset or angry this may make you.
No matter what the outcome or reason for your husband wearing women's underwear the best course of action would be to avoid being confrontational. I hope this is helpful.

I would approach him in an open way to talk about it. In a light hearted manner at first so that his guard is down and he should be more willing to discuss the situation than if you angrily confront him.
