The definition of infidelity states that a person who has either a physical or any type of emotional bond outside the marriage/relationship that is in any way stronger than the bonds of marriage/relationship is being unfaithful. So, if he likes you a lot, just because you'll have not become physical yet does not mean that he is being faithful.
