The best advice I could ever give you is to be the one to make the first move. Always be ready to play it cool if he doesn't say yes, but believe in yourself. He maybe likes you and is scared to ask you out. Make a casual, "Hey, are you free this Saturday?" Send him pics about jokes between you and say that you saw it and thought of him.
