I think that would be a great thing to do.
So its mothers day today and my mom is going to my grandmas and im going to, my girlfriend on the other hand doesnt have a mom to go to because of her having issues and being a drug addict etc would it be wrong if she tagged along with me today?

It is a great thing. I am a firm believer that on any holiday you should include those who have no place to go.
As long as your family will make her feel welcome ... It's a great idea. I would make sure to tell your Mom just for a heads up.
