I would say of course it not wrong, if you choose not to have kids. I'd think you would make your partner aware of this, obviously.
it is wrong to get married and never have children? Because if I do get married I would really want it to just be me and my spouse. I have no intentions in raising kids
When you start dating someone that you feel will be your life partner, you need to have this discussion. You need to find out if they feel the same as you do.
I've known many couples that choose not to have children and have done very well in their marriage and work relationships.
If you feel compelled to not have children, make sure you choose someone that feels as you do or your marriage will not survive. For some, this would be a deal breaker.
