Pretty vague question but you'll never get to know him through texting ! Talk to him face to face and see if the feeling is mutual. If he's always flirting with other girls, it's obvious that he's not taking you seriously. Don't text ! Walk up to him and talk to him ! You'll know right off if you like him and if he likes you.
