What can I do to last longer then a few minutes while having sex?

The best thing to do in order to last longer during sex is to take things slowly.

When you get too excited and close to the edge, back off a little, stop, calm down, think of something else if you can (not your grandma though, you don't want to lose it completely lol) and wait until you no longer feel that the end is imminent.

Then carry on and again, hold back if you feel it will be over too soon. I think being able to last longer is something that comes with experience, so hopefully you will soon be able to control it and last for a lot longer.

To be honest, it is a refreshing change to have a guy ask about this, too often they don't care how quickly they finish - as long as they are satisfied, that's all that counts. I know not every guy is like this, but it is frustrating when we are in a relationship with one that is!
