If he won't listen to you about quitting, then it's time to tell your parents or another adult to give him a lecture on it's dangers. Go on the web and download some pictures of what a smokers lungs look like! It's time you helped him have a reality check!
You can't stop someone unless they want to quit.
If he does not want to quit what can you do nothing. He must want to quit smoking
