I feel really lonely and my dad always works and he always is on the phone..how do i get him to stop working and spend time with me?

Try spending time with him on the weekends then if he sees your having fun he might try to make time before or after work to hang out with you. I don't think he can take days off to spend time with you sweetie because that might make your dad fired from his job.
