Leave. Make plans for yourself and your children to leave without him knowing. Once you have that taken care of them leave, file a restraining order against him and move on with your life.

The next time he heads out even if it is to a store you must leave don't even bother leaving a note or anything. Delete his number everything u have of him and get your own place. You can be happy and raise your kids.
