Do Girls Like To See Guys Wearing Frilly Petticoats?

Of course...some women like to dominate their boys. A good way to do that is to dress them in the most vulnerably feminine way possible. This would incluse at least 2 very full
(60 yards) short petticoats. They should be short enough to make it a struggle to keep from showing off the ruffled panties he will be wearing underneath. High heels and ultra-sheer stockings make his shaved legs more feminine and touchable. A garter that matches his panties makes a nice girlish extra. He should be made to wiggle his hips so that his petticoats swish (giving his pretty legs a nice tickle) and rustle. I dear say that you will have a very sissy boy completely submissive to his dominant woman.

I don't mind men wearing women's clothing, but I think frilly petticoats would look silly on them.  I think that a nice pair of panties and maybe a bra would be OK, though.

"Frilly petticoats" make men look better because they make anyone look better.   They're more attractive styles than drab pants.   Greeks, Albanians, Indian Kathakali, and Bhutanese dancers---all men---wear what can reasonably be called petticoats--today.   And they do it as men, not as women.   When I can be shown a live female birth with the child already in a petticoat, THEN I'll buy into the "nature causes only females to wear skirts" blather.   Caution---nature DOES cause only females to wear bras!
