We'll I can tell you this much..speaking as someone who is a "guy friend" and has more than "just friends" feelings for a girl that I know. If he enjoys being with you, makes special arrangements to impress you, showers you with flattery, and has flat out said you are special then just go for it. In my case, I'm not really sure if my "just freinds" girl wants more that what we have. I persoanlly am ready to move to the next level, but my present thinking is that I'll do it on her time table. A simple kiss fro her is all it would take to send me a message. Hope this helps.
