Urine is largely sterile and completely safe to drink unless she has been taking drugs (legal or illegal) or has been exposed to some sort of chemicals. In fact, if you are without water, it is recommended that you "recycle" water by drinking your urine to keep yourself from dehydrating. However, it isn't something you should do often regardless because urine IS a waste product and thus DOES contain harmful waste that was filtered out the body. So drinking a cup or two won't kill you, but it isn't exactly healthy either.
