Tell them, If I have a breath mint or gum, I'll offer them one and have one myself.

If not I may say you need a breath mint. If there going on a job interview, I definitely will say breath mint.

99% I'll say something, unless they have a bad 😲 attitude.

I'm a very blunt person , normally ... But I have a coworker who's breathe honestly smells like he eats out of a cats littering box ... I just don't have the heart to tell him though :/  he's such a sweet person ... But I gag everytime I talk to him :/

Halitosis is no joke. I'd tell him/her to see a friggen doctor and keep his/her mouth closed around me.

Let's just say...there's a right way to do it and a wrong way. One time my friends and I were out on the town one night and my one friend had been drinking numerous things, and smoking, so naturally his breath was really bad and my other friend turns to him (at the end of the night) and says "dude, your breath smells like a hippopotamus' anus". In my intoxicate state, I probably laughed at that for like half an hour, but he could've easily just offered a piece of gum. Or a whole pack -_-

Depends on who it is. Friend or family member, I will say something.  I won't tell a stranger.
