I'm sorry but it sounds like he is stringing you along, hoping you'll sit by the phone and wait for him to call or text while he is out dating other girls. Don't wait for him. You guys broke up for a reason. Go out and make your own friends and if you find someone you want to date, then date. It's been a month and he's not ready? This smells fishy to me. Move on.
