Bled on boyfriends sheets and mattress after first and second time having sex, so embarrassed about it. Is this normal or should I go to my doctor?

Bleeding can happen during sex--even if you have had sex many times before.  There can be a lot of friction during sex and if you, the woman, are not lubricated in heterosexual intercourse this can cause tiny tears which can bleed.

I would suggest using a water based lubricant the next time you have sex.  A good, inexpensive one is KY Jelly.  A water based lubricant will no damage a condom and many prevent discomfort and bleeding.

Don't be embarrassed!  Bodily fluids are part of having sex.  If he minds a little of your blood, than he shouldn't want to have sex with you, where he's going to have even more possible contact with your bodily fluids.

If you keep having problems, discuss them with your healthcare provider.  If you do not want to become pregnant, please ensure you are using a reliable method of birth control and using it correctly.  (Not the pull out method, something like a male or female condom or the pill, patch, vaginal ring, implant, etc...)  Also, be sure to use a condom to prevent STIs--they are extrememly common.
