What do chicks look for in a guy?

Girls like confidence in a guy but NOT arrogance. They like romance too to be romantic and be a gentleman.  You don't need to hold doors open for them nowadays. Be respect to them and don't add desperate and respect their person space. Get to know them and listen to what they have to say. Girls hate cheats despite them claiming to like the Bad Boy. Don't be too crude or openly judge on appearance. Don't flirt with other women in front of your girlfriend if annoys them. 

Personally, I like guys that are quietly confident. I hate arrogance. I do not like cheats or sexually narcissistic men who think they are something and only out for one thing and hate you if you don't look a certain way. I don't like drinkers, smokers or drug addicts, or cheats.
