Having a baby is a lot of work, and yes it takes a lot of food and clothes. And yes it is a important decision its someone else's life you're in charge of. Mid 20s is good for having a child :)

I feel between 20 and 25 are the years a girl should start a family IF she is in a relationship or already living together. Otherwise a baby is a huge responsibility and every minute of your day is a minute in your life,making decisions for the child. They are very needy for you not only when they are babies but until they are 18. You'll be making decisions that will refflect their lives. So are you ready for that? Good luck
I was 25 when I got pregnant. I think it was the perfect age bc I already did my partying and fun and I felt it was time for me to grow up.
