Depends on how long you guys have been apart. If it has been less than month or two, then I suggest not. If it has been a little bit more, then say yes and for now assume that you're just meeting as friends.
When you do meet up, don't have any expectations. Just think that you are two friends who are meeting up. Then whatever your ex does, react according to how you feel and what you think is best.
