My children tell me that their friends cheat on their homework by taking pics or by having others do it for them. I know the parents. Do I tell them or keep my kids' trust confidential?

I wouldn't interfere. How those children learn or don't learn is their decision. If they want to cheat on their homework, they might have to pay for it in the future. I do not see why you would have to worry about those children cheating.
