The best way to figure this out is to talk to them. I think the worst thing to do is to just see what happens. If you do that you may not find the answer. So . . . Talk to them. If they get defensive, then something is probably there. If she is really your friend, and he really loves you, then they wouldn't you

If you can afford it have a detective follow them. If you are right it won't take over a week and then you will know the truth.

You don't really unless you want to make a complete fool of yourself here so there is no easy way to do this. Then do the next best thing which is do nothing at all until you have concrete evidence or you will open a can of worms that youll dearly regret if youre wrong and more time than not, most spouses are in these cases but their imagination runs wild with them and things get out of control So be patient and watch but don't let this consume your life.
