Hmm I wouldn't say worried maybe he justwants to last longer for you so he can go for longer (if that makes sense) if you bring it up he may be embarassed so if you are gonig to bring it up make sure it's just the two of you and just reassure him that it's okay and you still see him as the manliest man you know just something like that as a man can be easily affected by such an issue.
In the end it's up to you whether you want to tell him about it if you do make sure you reassure him it's nothing to be ashamed of and that and if you don't well it might eat away at your concious however if it doesn't bother you all that much then maybe it's best to keep quiiet. Best of luck (:
