Have you thought about anything making you feel sad and depressed? To be able to figure out why you're breaking down crying, you have to start from the beginning of the matter. Usually stress and depression will make your emotions go off. Make a list of what you're not happy about and you'll know why you are crying so much. When you carry so much stress you cannot handle anymore, you're going to breakdown. Take care.

It is time to go and see the doc. All depending on how long this has been going on it could be clinical depression which is not brought on by an event, but by a chemical imbalance in the brain.

I wish I could help but am in the same boat. I know what's wrong with me - my mom passed away last month after a very lengthy illness, and my job is detestable. Don't really understand, though, because the rest of my life is very very blessed, with the most wonderful husband in the world, a loving family, and a Savior who loves me. I know things will turn around soon.
