Any one can wear lace. Boy or girl. But,, understand that boys undergarments are designed for a little more "down below-upfront" room, where girls don't need it. Because of feminism, hence, lace. Lace became to men as retrospect as a lady of virtue/desirability. As age approaches for some women, believe it or not, some women revert to mens under wear simply for the fact of holding a menstrual pad securely during sleep. Mens underwear has always been developed for active use, ladies underwear as attractiveness. It has only been in the last 7-10 yrs that the stereotypes have been abolished. Mainly, by the Fruit of the Loom Company. Who have been marketing a "boy/man style" undergarment for females.
Because boys and girls ARE different. Girls body shape is different....narrower at the waist and wider at the hips. Yes boys are narrower at the waist too, but not nearly like girls are. Boys are almost straight from the hips up to the waist. And because girls generally like frilly clothes and dolls, and hair and make-up, and playing house...."girlie things". Boys generally don't like frilly clothes and all that....boys like trucks, and dirt bikes, and skateboards, and playing sports.... However for a homosexual couple, there is generally one male who is more "manly", and one male who is more "girlie". The girlie homosexual male might like girl's panties because he is more girlie himself, and tends to behave like a girl in the relationship.
Well since girls are usually smaller than boys, girl panties are designed to fit a smaller frame. But that is not to say that there are girl panties that will fit a boy, because there are.
So as for girl panties with lace that will fit a boy, there certainly are and a boy can wear them comfortable. The key is to select the right size and if you do, well there is no reason you as a male can't wear girl panties.
Girls in general are usually smaller than boys. But that doesn't mean that there aren't girls that are every bit as big or even bigger than most boys. So you shouldn't have any problem if you look around finding panties to fit, what ever your size.
