Hell no. Just because he was never married does not make him gay it makes him very smart.

Their are so many wrong answers here.  Yes Jim Kelly was in fact married, and had 1 child.  He is now divorced and lives in southern California.  He is a tennis instructor and still making movies.

In response to the last comment, the usta is the governing body for tennis of all levels in the united states and its territories, amateur and pro. The usta owns the facility where the usopen is played and they run that tournament. The atp has only managed the pro tour since 1990. Kelly competed in the 70's and 80's. To this day, "futures tournaments" pro tournies with prize funds of $10k-$15k that combine for $30k totals, are run by the usta and itf in the usa. To say that it is "sad stuff" to compete in futures tournaments is to say that andre agassi, pete sampras, patrick rafter, gustavo kuerten, et al are "sad stuff" for competing in them. I would bet that person who left that comment could not make it out of the 1st round of a futures tourney, making him not even able to qualify as "sad stuff" himself, which means he is a nobody anonymously making comments on the internet about a somebody

Jim Kelly is an American athlete, actor and also a martial artist. He is known for his roles in Bruce Lee movie Enter the Dragons. He is working as a professional tennis coach these days. There is a lot of mystery surrounding his personal life. Although he has never married but it can not be said for sure that he is a gay.

Who cares?  But he does have an inflated ego.

Read his wikipedia bio that he wrote....claims he was a professional tennis player on the USTA senior circuit.

It's an amateur circuit, you pay your $20 fee and play for a plastic trophy...... Sad stuff
