Oh the body language.bust,a lot can be told by body language.woman have been using it for years.to bad men just don't catch on to it so well.I say if you known the person long and if he/she tends to make that gesture with there eyes.It definately could be telling on them.Yes if you really want to know ask the person a few questions.Such as something they may lie about.watch there eyes.If they only do it when certain questions are asked.Id say the eyes are telling on them.have fun with it.I do.I can tell when my friends are lying they blink.or wont look at me.so I'm going to go with a yes.and a maybe on this like I said if its done to you before and they don't do it out of a nerve condition id say you may have a lier on your hands. Or eyes lol
