The silliest answer to this would be nothing at all, but I'm not sure that I believe that. They say that if you wear more, it makes you more attractive. The problem with that is, some guys just like you without any clothes on, some like stockings, some like to see you in his old work or football shirt. Men are generally attracted to an attractive face, a nice bum and chest and legs. If your sense of dress accentuates these areas, you will certainly get more attention, but probably the wrong type of general attention.
If you have a guy in mind, why not flick through a catalogue while he's close by and if you know him well enough, ask him what he thinks of various items of clothing or do what a friend of mine does, ask the guy what he thinks of various women and their clothing as you walk to work.
It's hard to second guess individual men, but in general men like the obvious bits and if they are covered it makes them all the more attractive, you can then choose how they become revealed.
