Having many mores years of experience in life, I can give a solid and valid warning. Guys that are that old who date girls as young as you do so because they can control them. Also if you are intimate with him it is illegal in most states. So am I judgmental? Oh yeah, but for very goo reason.

Whether that's illegal or not depends on where you live. In America, the age I've heard is 18, and in Canada depending on the territory it is in between 14-16. I have placed a map indicating the age of consent in Europe. I'm not sure about any other place, however. Thing can get complicated if you break the law, so I would recommend following your area's legal system with this. Personally, I would warn that he could be manipulating you or a creep. Are your parents okay with this?
