You need to make your flirting a bit more obvious. Don't go up to him and say, "I love you" or kiss him, but tease him flirtatiously and get close with his friends. Find out his favorite color and wear an outfit that compliments your best features and is his favorite color. Don't go all out, but have your own stylish ways. Text him pics and say, "I saw this and thought of you." Then he will know that you were thinking about him and remembered something he said or did or just a joke he liked. Don't be afraid to make the first move either. He might like a girl who is outgoing and not afraid to speak her mind. Never be THAT GIRL who always texts memes and answers the second you get a text.
