I honestly don't know but in an early episode of NCIS Tony DiNozzo did it. He seemed to enjoy it until he realised who he was kissing.
I'm a guy and i'm quite attractive to my opposite, so i wouldn't know! But kissing is kissing! When you kiss the one you're attractive with so many things happens and it can feel great!
Lips are up to 200 times more sensitive than supersensitive fingertips, kissing passionately engages 24 facial muscles—plus 100 others in the body. The kiss sends shock waves throughout your body that can increase blood flow to certain areas,Sensing the hubbub, the adrenal glands unleash adrenaline. Cue a pounding heart, heavy breathing, or sweaty palms,The physical thrill may prompt your brain to cue up dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure. At the same time, other parts of your brain are shutting down negative emotions,Any kind of make-out can reduce tension and hike happiness.
I don't know and I don't EVER want to find out.
Like Didge said, the NCIS character of Dinozzo did in fact make out with a guy---but at the time the guy was dressed like a woman.
The point here is that what you think you are doing when you are kissing someone is the major determinant of what it "feels like."
